This Shipping Policy explains how 48x Labs processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received and order details are verified. Processing may be delayed if payment is declined or requires review, shipping information is incomplete or inaccurate, the order requires additional verification, the product is unavailable, the order is placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays, or legal, regulatory, or courier restrictions apply. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to locations shown as available at checkout. If your location is not available at checkout, we may not be able to fulfil your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, and used in their location.

3. Delivery Times

48x Labs aims to provide fast delivery where available, including next-day delivery where operationally possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, order time, courier availability, public holidays, weather, traffic, address accuracy, and circumstances beyond our control.

4. Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery

Where same-day or next-day delivery is offered, eligibility may depend on delivery location, product availability, order cut-off time, payment confirmation, courier availability, and successful order verification.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Fees may vary depending on destination, delivery method, order value, and courier availability.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including full name, phone number, building or villa number, street name, area, city or emirate, and any access instructions needed for delivery. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier cannot complete delivery because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides incorrect information, the order may be returned to us or held by the courier. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we may provide tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your customer account. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may not always update in real time.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@48xlabs.com within 24 hours with your order number, full name, phone number, clear photos of the package and contents, and a description of the issue. We may request additional information before approving any replacement, credit, or resolution.

10. Temperature-Sensitive or Sensitive Products

Some products may require careful handling. Customers are responsible for receiving deliveries promptly and storing products appropriately after delivery. We are not responsible for product issues caused by missed delivery, delayed collection, improper storage after delivery, or handling outside our control.

11. International Shipping

International shipping is only available if offered at checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, permits, and compliance requirements in their country. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or losses caused by customs or regulatory authorities.
