This Return & Refund Policy explains how 48x Labs handles returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and order issues.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our research-use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, processed, shipped, or delivered, except where required by applicable law. By placing an order, you acknowledge that products are intended for research purposes only and that returns and exchanges are not accepted.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law or where 48x Labs approves a refund at its sole discretion. Shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, and other charges are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

3. Order Cancellations

You may contact us as soon as possible after placing an order to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed. 4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Your message must include the order number, full name, phone number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the package, shipping label, and product contents. If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Eligibility for Review

We may refuse a claim if the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery, photos or evidence are not provided, the product has been opened, used, altered, stored improperly, or tampered with, the issue was caused by missed delivery or improper handling after delivery, the order details cannot be verified, or the claim appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent.

6. Non-Returnable Products

All research-use products are non-returnable, including peptides, sterile or sealed products, temperature-sensitive items, consumables, and any product where safety, integrity, or chain of custody may be affected after delivery.

7. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery without our prior written approval, you may not be eligible for a refund. Additional courier, handling, or return-shipment fees may be deducted from any approved refund or credit.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks or payment claims where an order was fulfilled according to our policies.

9. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.
